Brightwell Super CThe Brightwell Super C is used in commercial environments to dispense both cleaning fluids and detergents. It has a patented mechanism that ensures the user can only dispense complete shots and cannot repeat the operation until after an adjustable time delay.
Manufacturing costs were critical as the Super C was developed to significantly undercut the peristaltic pump based products that are more commonly used. The design is therefore completely injection moulded with a variety of materials being used to achieve the necessary strength and chemical resistance.
A strong visual design was developed that worked both for individual and multiple units and this played a key part in the Super C winning first prize for innovation at the recent Europropre Exhibition in Paris.
Working closely with Brightwell, JED carried out the complete design of the product. This included the manufacture of a number of vacuum cast resin working prototypes. Client: Brightwell Dispensers Ltd |
